Towels and bedding dirty upon arrival and the AC did not work. To paint a picture, I bought chocolate bars for my family and they all melted. I couldn't even open the curtains throughout my stay - an attempt to keep the temp comfortable enough for sleeping at night. Based on short conversation, multiple other guests had these same experiences.
