“Avoid!”
The best

The property was well furnished , comfortable and modern however some of the plates/cups etc were dirty in the cupboards with food stuck to them

Terrible location , horrendous customer service from “Room Services Rental Company”. Construction work continued all day from early morning overhead which we reported to rental company with no action taken. We supplied videos of the noise, drilling , banging, however the response was “ thank you for your patience, we will respond asap” We received this daily with no other correspondence , even though we constantly messaged them about noise disruption. The Rental company also held onto our holding deposit of €500 for over 2 weeks after we left the property dispite having left the property in perfect condition i.e all dishes washed, beds stripped, bins emptied and recycling done. We were told the €500 was held for 48 hours, then I was told 7 days and eventually received it after 2 weeks of daily messages! The adjoining outdoor amenities were also poor so we did not use them The location left a lot to be desired , very little shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. This lead to us spending a lot of money on Ubers all week. However the biggest issue of our week was the horrendous customer service from the letting agent. Avoid “ Room Services letting agency” at all costs.

“Building Site! Indifferent Agent, Invisible Owner”

Location Internal quality of the apartment, but that is where it ends

Lovely apartment, BUT, middle of a building site due to renovations to the two side apartments and one apartment below all working from 09:00-17:00 each work day. Noise and dust pollution made the stay intolerable. Balcony was unusable during this time because of continual, loud noise (drilling, electric sawing, grinding, hammering) and dust pollution. Even inside the apartment was unpleasant due to the noise and vibrations coming through the walls and floor. Repeatedly brought to the attention of the owner via the management company/agent (Room Services Marbella SL) and always the same answer and response. Agent said they would pass the message on and then each time nothing. Many recordings of the unacceptable daily noise and pictures were sent. Extensive site building work was never advised to us prior to arrival nor was any reduction in price offered due to the extreme inconvenience and unacceptable conditions. Building work was taking place throughout the whole complex and site maintenance people will have advised the owners and agents about it. Skips outside blocked the parking bays by the apartment and we were often forced to park a block away. Final insult, mistakenly I left an Amazon UHD Firestick by the TV. Notified to the managing agent a few hours after check-out (which we exactly adhered to) and same response, nothing. Probably still there next to the TV, like a vase or decoration. Apartment inside is very nicely appointed, however, when an expensive stay is ruined by constant building work noise and pollution on all sides and the owner and agents are indifferent and uncaring to help resolve the situation, the fact it is a nice apartment becomes irrelevant. Caveat emptor!

Appart ment next door having a Deep retrofit construction from 9:00-5:30 everyday.Balcony unusable till 5:30 eachday.Management company had no response other than pass my complaint on to the team which never responded to any messages i sent.

Only comment I would have to improve is that I found the check in process too complicated but this may have just been me! I’d still rate the apartment 10/10 though.
