Usually air conditioning is included in booking price, not with this company. Had to pay extra for it. Didn't have any change of bed linen or towels in the 10 days we were staying there. Had expected at least one change.

Great location, helpful reception staff in person, clean apartment.

Communication through phone or text was not too quick, room was right next to the noisy bin shed, workmen were there making a lot of noise and there are no beds at the pool.
