Not having two sets of keys

Decor was very poor. Furniture was very old and broken. The setee was very stained and dirty. We had to put towels down before sitting on it. There were shelves hanging off the walls. A picture fell off the wall onto me whilst I was sitting underneath it. The kitchen was a total mismatch with cupboards not closing properly. The slatted air vent window in the “utility “ had been bent so anyone could have looked into the room as the door between the utility bit and the kitchen had been taken off. There was a hook sticking out of the wall about 40-50mm behind the open slatted headboard which we could have easily caught our head on should we have not noticed it. The shower did not work properly. No aircon. Front door was hard to open and shut due to a dodgy lock.
