Closed balcony in hot weather not ideal -but not a major flaw. Windows fully open -but view a little spoilt. Change of towels half way through week would have been nice -but again not major issue.

Subject: Dispute and Request for Clarification Regarding My Reservation at Gemelos 22-2-24 Dear Milonas Real Estate Team, In reference to your communication today regarding the checkout of the stay at the apartment Gemelos 22-2-24, I would like to express my total surprise and dispute the claims made in your message. I would like to remind you that I never took possession of the apartment, nor did I ever receive any keys from you. Your statement that I "occupied" the aforementioned apartment is therefore completely false. As you are well aware, I did not spend even a minute in the property, and I was denied the opportunity to inspect the apartment before being asked to pay a security deposit of 150 euros, which I found unjustified as I had not yet had the chance to verify the condition of the property. Therefore, I expect an immediate correction of your attempt to falsely claim that I stayed in the apartment and that the full refund of the 640 euros I paid in advance be granted, as I never benefited from the stay and was denied any transparent access to the property. If this matter is not resolved quickly and correctly, I will be forced to pursue all legal actions, including reporting to the relevant authorities and the platforms through which I made the reservation.
