The best

Great location, very good area of Benidorm for family’s. The host was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had plenty of towels. Facilities were all as described. The pool area was great for family’s and was open until 9pm every night. Two life guards were very helpful and was very happy with our stay altogether. I will definitely return.

The old man who work at the pool was very very rude he pushed my partner in the back when we was leaving the pool area, we didn’t pay for the sun beds we sat on the grass in the same spot every day the last day the horrible man put 2 sun lounges on their sides and told us people has paid €3 for them no one came all day to sit on them, then he said he was going to call the police, we asked him y we haven’t done anything, all the Spanish people Told him he can’t push the residence, but the horrible man didn’t care, he should NOT be working in a place will this and there was children around when he pushed my partner and he didn’t care, l have got a picture of this man if l can upload it l will, but if u r staying here BEWARE Of HIM

“We had a really good stay, apartment was comfortable enough for the 6 of us”

The location was fairly good. About ten minutes walk from the beach but close enough to all amenities. Lidl was across the road from it.

To be improved

Only negative I have, is the lifts were quite slow and 1 of them was broken for the week we were there but there was 2 more.
