“The location was great and the apartment was very nice overall. We enjoyed its proximity to two Metro stations and many restaurants, including a great shop for freshly made churros around the corner. We felt safe walking the streets nearby. There were modern amenities and a nice large window in our loft. · Cons: Our family spent a considerable amount of money on this apartment during our 5-night stay in Madrid. The host provided 6 towels in the apartment upon our arrival knowing there would be 6 occupants. After a few nights, those towels started to smell a bit. Although we did not stay in a traditional hotel and, as a result, did not expect daily housekeeping services, when we asked for fresh towels, the host refused. The host's response was unexpected (as we didn't think it was unreasonable to ask for fresh towels after a few days) and soured our overall experience a bit. Our family travels frequently and I've never written a review before but thought this would be valuable for someone considering a longer stay in this apartment.”

Overall is average, running out of body wash/ shampoo, no rubbish bag. Followed up with staff, promised to provide but didn’t. Didn’t bother to ask again (not quite responsive anyway). Overall experience is average.
