“Not the best place I have stayed in but for one night it was ok.”

Check in was at 2pm, we were told the room was not ready. We eventually got in the room at 2.30pm and had to literally put our bags to get out the door again as we had an activity booked, which we nearly missed.

The best

As a family, this is our first time we have attempted to stay in a hostel. Considering the location, we wanted to give it a try. We were very pleased how comfortable the beds were and the private bathroom made us feel comfortable and safe. The locker facility(paid separately) gave us good advantage to leave our luggage after checkout and collect later in the evening. 24hr reception was very useful. The air conditioning was central, when we stayed, it was extremely cold outside, but the room temperature was excellent and pleasant. There was a lot of storage under the bunk bed, which was nice to keep things away and have space. Towels and toiletries are not included, which was mentioned, so fine with that. However they didn't provide bath mats or mats under sink either. With kids, this made it little messy.

“Great place to stay in Madrid!”

The best

A great place to stay. Clean, great location, friendly and great staff! Big shout out to Rena on the bar who is always on point and happy! This was my first hostel experience but feels like a shared hotel.
