There were power outages during our stay (the owner was not responsible). However, when we considered leaving the apartment (we have four children, and it's very difficult without electricity), he told that a commercial gesture would be made if we stayed. So we decided to stay. No such gesture was made, which explains the negative review.

Great location, hyper central, flat is nice and fresh, team is really réactive.

To be improved

Nothing, really great.I would just mind people with a baby having trouble to sleep as it can be noisy in the street.
