Good location, big rooms, kitchen had everything we needed, nice terrace!

The air conditioning was broken in 1 bedroom but Genteel Homes staff got someone out to fix it quickly.

Location was great very clean and comfortable

Air con Controls need replacing Shower head needs replacing Dishwasher is loose in its housing and the kicker board below the shush washer falls out when you open the dishwasher door While all three pieces of equipment worked they just need a little bit of tidying up to take away potential for poor comments and lower scores I didn’t lower the score as it didn’t impact my stay but others may see it as a major issue

Perfect location, in the middle of every sightseeing spot. Bed is comfortable. A superstore Mas is very near by. Staff is very helpful and provides instant support.
