“Great location and well equipped property, managed by a lovely local company.”

The best

The property was easy to locate with easy entry instructions. Communication with Genteel homes was very good. It is very easy to get around from the property and is within an easy and flat walk to most things in the city in 20 minutes or less Supermarkets and restaurants also very near by. The kitchen was small but well equipped and had a decent fridge/freezer. The beds were comfy and the showers were great. Genteel homes offer suitcase storage for a small fee for those with late flights or travel home.

To be improved

The property could have been cleaner and there were lots of little flies around, especially downstairs. The downstairs bedroom did not have windows on the shutters only thin blinds that you could see through. The main bathroom and and upstairs bedrooms did not have any surface areas for items but did have a wardrobe in each room with a few shelves. The sofa is falling apart and the pictures online are more wide angled so the lounge/dining area felt smaller than expected. There was some building work starting up next door on our 2nd to last day, so we were awoken the last 2 days of our trip unfortunately, but contact with Genteel homes was great and they were not aware it was due to start, although there is a building sight next door. A small amount of compensation has been offered due to the inconvenience.

“Fantastic apartment suited for large family or group within walking distance to everything you need!”

The best

This apartment was tucked in a nice residential street with little traffic. The AC was a cool welcome, as we were staying during a 107 heat wave. The apartment was completely cool and comfortable our entire stay. Bedrooms were all cozy, and bathrooms were great. The rooftop deck was lovely, however it was too hot to really enjoy it. Perfectly located and within walking distance to many sights, grocery stores, shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Seville in a cooler month.

To be improved

The home next door was being remodeled and construction started daily just before 8:30. We were out exploring the city late each night during cooler temps, so the early wake up was unpleasant- but not a reflection of the apartment at all.

The loaction was very good for exploring the city. The property is big enough to stay for some hours inside and not feeling cramped.

To be improved

The hand over of the keys/code was extremly difficult, the host never replied to emails and questions were not answered at all

“Exceptional”

The best

a beautiful and clean location, very close to the tourist attractions, between 10 -20 minutes walk, located on a quiet street in a neighborhood with many restaurants, good communication with the host who offered many recommendations, very comfortable beds and rituals bath products. It was a wonderful stay!

To be improved

we only received coffee for the first day of our stay, it would have been nice to have it for all days, the terrace still needs some minor improvements
