One of the bathroom’s hot water cannot be adjusted - so it too hot to be used for shower. Sofas are a bit worn out. The communication prior check-in was a bit off or too much. There’s been multiple messages requesting for check-in time and then a link from the property platform to confirm, and then to provide extra check-in information via another link. It’s a bit obsessive when you are used to communicating via booking.com only.

Unfortunately, our stay was affected by a serious issue in one of the bathrooms, which had a strong mould smell and visible stains on the ceiling. This made sleeping in the adjacent room very uncomfortable, especially with the door closed at night. What was particularly disappointing is that the agency didn’t inform us about this condition at all. We only discovered it upon arrival, with no time to make other arrangements. For the price paid, we expected a much higher standard and basic living conditions to be met. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment unless the mould issue is fully resolved.

Beds were a little uncomfortable, but this could be a personal preference. But done the job fine. Nothing else. As I said, we would stay there again.👍
