Nothing. Worth bearing in mind if you have a big car, the car park lift can be tricky

Our recent stay in this apartment in Malaga was a mix of highs and lows. On the positive side, the apartment itself was lovely—spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The host was very accommodating, and the service provided was excellent. It’s clear a lot of thought has gone into making this a welcoming and pleasant space for guests. However, a few issues did disrupt our experience. First, the free underground car park advertised was not available due to a technical issue with the elevator, which was disappointing. Additionally, the main lift was out of order several times during our stay, forcing our friends to walk up and down to the third floor—a significant inconvenience. On our first night, we were shocked to receive a phone call from the management company at 10:20 PM about a noise complaint from our apartment. This was surprising and upsetting, as our group was quiet and exhausted from a long day out. At the time of the call, we were already preparing for bed. Another downside was the late-night disturbance caused by the refuse collection. On two out of the three nights of our stay, we were woken around midnight by loud banging and shouting from the street below as bins were emptied. It felt inconsiderate, especially given how disruptive it was to guests trying to sleep. While the apartment itself was amazing, with plenty of room and a great design, the issues with the parking, lift, noise complaints, and refuse collection impacted our overall experience. If this apartment were in a different location, it would be perfect. Despite these challenges, we still enjoyed our visit to Malaga, though a quieter setting would have made it even better.
