“Great location, upscale flat right in the middle of old town”

The location is very central and the flat is very upscale. High-end furnishings, very comfortable beds.

The building being across the street from a sex shop made for a very interesting conversation with the kids each morning. Also, the flat did not have any extra sheets. We were there for just one night, but there were no extra linens, and the sleeper couch was not set up. Granted, we did not request it to be set up, assuming there would be something. We requested one sheet from the check-in person, but it never arrived.

“Wrong description and uncomfortable check in”

In description, it was written a double room with four beds but there was only one bedroom with two beds. More over, when we arrived at 15 for check in, the staff were still cleaning the place and it took 30 minutes till we checked in.

“A great place with just a few things to fix for a full score.”

The best

The good: -Location! Literally Everything is within 5mins walk, even a pharmacy (also taxis, right next to McDonalds) -Bright, nice little apartment, perfect for two. The blinds on all windows can also make it pitch black if needed. -Comfortable bed. Slept almost like home. -Surprisingly quiet despite the bustling action all around below. I'm a light sleeper and wasn't bothered even once. -Two quiet split type aircons (adjust fan speed/noise with the remote). If you dont like draft, run only the kitchen one. -Sofa is quite comfy too. With the chairs there is seating for 6-7ppl. -Washing machine (drying rack in the hallway), toaster oven, microwave, 2x coffee maker and 2x hotplate (induction) -Support/Service. The whatsapp chat works great. Friendly & helpful 45yo Spanish guy with excellent English greeted us.

The less good: -WIFI is very unstable, especially in the evening. Don't count on it working when you need it. -Shower pressure. It's usable but approaching third world level and it takes a while to feel clean & soap free in my case. -The view. Not much to look at outside the windows except the top of a Church/clock tower but plenty of sun & blue sky. -Kitchen fan didn't work & TV remote didn't work, no biggie but should be fixed. -Some black stuff came out of both aircons when I turned them on. Regular maintenance would be nice -Occasional sewage smell. The water-lock in the shower drain evaporates. Just add some water to fix it. (Maintenance?) -Only one set of towels per person. Clean towels every day = washing every day or bring your own. -Taxi can't drive all the way. But it's very near, only 2mins walk. I'm sure they will provide assistance if you need it. -"Bang for the buck". Yes the ~200EUR/night is about the location but I'd expect excellent WIFI and extra towels at this level. -The registration process should be streamlined with just one email containing all the links (working ones) and instructions
