From the airport you can get directly by EA bus to the Plaza de Armas bus station and from there in a few minutes walk to the location, in total about an hour.
The apartment is located on the outskirts of the historic center, close to all major tourist attractions, as well as shops, restaurants and supermarkets, all of which can be walked through. The train station is a 40-minute walk or 25-minute bus ride away.

The apartment is clean and quite well maintained, with minimalist furniture, in a modern style and has a mini indoor terrace and a view from the kitchen to the main street.
They offered us to check in 2 hours earlier, as when we left, we just left the key in the apartment and just check out.

The communication with the host was a difficult one, this being done exclusively through WhatsApp and although we requested, he did not want and even did not answer the phone, the access to the apartment being made after conversations exclusively on WhatsApp, in which a guy came and brought us the key and briefly presented the location.
The apartment is actually an open space studio, without physically delimited spaces, wagon type, with a narrow space on the width, especially if the sofa bed is also used, with a high risk if you have small children bumping into the furniture.
The bathroom has a trace of wear at the entrance, and the sliding door is very heavy and thus it is quite difficult to close and open the door.
The ceiling above the sofa is cracked in places and superficial and partial repairs can be seen, giving an ugly look to a so-called apartment /studio presented as being top on booking.
The terrace is very small, without a window to the outside, so if you are claustrophobic, it is not recommended.
At night, the street is very lively, and the apartment is not soundproofed and you can hear everything from the street, from drunks and partygoers who disturb deeply.
There are no light indicators for the night in the apartment, and from the bed there is a 2-step staircase and you can seriously injure yourself if you are not careful.
During our 4-night stay, although they called us and asked us on the second day of accommodation if we need something and we asked them, they did not offer us any cleaning service, garbage pick-up, changed bed linen, towels and soaps.
I am very sorry for the choice I made, because the money I paid for booking, I could have been booked with my family, at a 3-4 star hotel, with cleaning services and breakfast included.
