“Great location but would not book again”

Excellent location, very friendly/responsive management, great space for large family, and working elevator to make taking luggage up/down easier.

To be improved

Place had an overwhelming sewage odor (as noted in previous reviews), our water shut off briefly/without explanation as we were preparing to check out, there were insufficient toiletries and towels (we requested soap bars and extra towels, received soap), one of the bathroom doors was difficult to close and the other didn't lock.

Great location, spacious apartment, 4 bedrooms, good for large families.

When we arrived, the floor in the living room was a little dirty and there was a bad smell in the bathroom. In addition, the glass door in the suite's bathroom leaves little privacy for groups.

“Great stay. Granada is beautiful and the apartment was a good base from which to explore”

The best

The location was superb. A taxi rank right outside meant we could easily get to the Alhambra (fare less than €10). There were lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and an excellent supermarket in the basement of El Corte Ingles, all on our doorstep. The cathedral was a 10 minute walk away. The apartments itself was spacious clean and comfortable. There is a main bathroom and one en-suite, both with showers only. There was just enough hot water for 5 people to shower each morning. The kitchen is decently equipped but small - we mainly ate out so had no problems with that. All in all, a good place to stay.

To be improved

These are small quibbles. The curtain tracks in the sitting room are broken so some of the voile curtains hang badly. This could be addressed easily and would make a difference. We needed more pillows on the beds (there was only one relatively thin pillow per person). The air con was not very reliable/easy to operate (but the managers were very helpful). The shutters were broken in one bedroom, so didn’t raise at all. The decor could do with some minor repairs and an update/refresh in parts, but nothing major.
