“Excellent apartment and location”

The best

All was excellent. Location - 10-15 min walk to the Monumental Centre which was ok. If using taxis I found Bolt to be the best and cheapest. Apartment was clean and tiday. Everything needed was there. Text with code to enter, no worries about keys. Safe location for woman alone. Supermarkets within 3 mins walk. Was very quiet during my stay. Highly recommend

Not an issue but a recommendation - Ground floor apartment - A thicker curtain in the bedroom would be better as you can see through to the street and when light on at night can see in. Had to change in the sitting room/bathroom which was not a big issue, but maybe if two people were there it might be. Maybe change heavy curtain from sitting room where it is not needed. No floor brush and pan to sweep any crumbs etc

“Couple of areas let it down.”

no shade on terrace when every other terrace around had shade even the terrace right next to us with a big umbrella also owned by you! I can not understand why you would not provide this when it is so hot as you can not then use the terrace. Also very annoying sound in double bedroom every couple of minutes that sounded like a door buzzer which disturbed our sleep

“Spacious, clean and modern 2 bed apartment”

Spacious and comfortable apartment. AC in all rooms. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment (1 king and 1 single bed) beds were really comfortable and good standard of pillows too. Bathroom had complimentary shower gel and shampoo. Hairdryer supplied with a diffuser attachment which was a bonus. There are bars and cafes on the doorstep along with a Carrefour Express across the road. Everything is keyless entry (front door and apartment door) the accommodation offers a luggage collection service at €5 per case and it's collected in the town centre. Centrally located, almost all the main attractions are within a 15-20 min walk. We used Bolt taxi app to transfer to the airport after collecting our bags.

Very little to dislike about the actual apartment. The only thing I would comment on was the really strong smell of 'mothballs' as you came into the lobby. I've got a really sensitive sense of smell and it was quite overpowering. Fortunately it didn't smell like this in the apartment we rented.
