Very spacious with easy parking right outside and very comfortable beds

To be improved

In need of general maintenance and attention to detail. Cushion cover washing or replacement where serious wear and tear has occurred. Repair of decking and tap replacement in toilet. Towel rails or hooks needed in all bathrooms to hang up towels and full length mirror required.

Amazing garden,terrace,lovely pool,huge spaces in apartment,really recommended to enjoy!

The apartment will need some repairs and renewal soon. Some parts already after lifecycle (water taps,sinks,handles,doors,warderobes),not much but already needed to have potential for 100% satisfaction. Generally,we had a very nice stay in this apartment,much enjoyed the privacy,freedom and safety. Very calm area.

“Spacious well equipped villa”

The best

Spacious and well equipped villa, with nice terrace, garden and access to pool. Location is good if you have a car, it's about 10-15 to shops in either direction.

To be improved

Bathrooms require some renovations, at least in part. The cushions on the outdoor coaches were very dirty and look worn out. The garden and terrace are well maintained but the people doing the maintenance could see we were having breakfast and just used their petrol powered tools to do the cleaning there and then. We had to hurry back in the house and close the doors (though it was too late to keep the fumes out). It would be useful to know when they actually carry out maintenance to avoid this. Later in the day I could hear a Spanish lady speaking to them as she was also very displeased.

“Gorgeous, luxurious + peaceful - we will come back!”

The best

Loved everything about the place - very spacious, peaceful, gorgeous garden, colonial style but renovated to luxury standard. Very comfortable and cool beds (no need for aircon). Charming neighborhood with a lovely beach club very close by. Hillary was very helpful.

To be improved

Better internet connection and some more drinking glasses would be handy.
