Good location, just a few hundred meters from La Mata beach.

To be improved

Really small for the family. There was a smell in bungalow. Not enough kitchen utilities.

The best

Perfect location Close to the beach (6 min walk) Full Dial Prix Supermarket 5 mins walk away (uphill) Beautiful clean pools behind property, keys needed. Really comfortable and clean, well equipped. Good aircon. Parking a little awkward but always something within 3 mins walk away. Good Wi-Fi Beds were amazingly comfortable. Nice big couch.

To be improved

Dishwasher good addition but didn’t seem to work well. Has microwave and good hob but no oven. I would recommend owner to get an air fryer which would help a lot. No furniture/shade at pool area but no worries.

“Sunny January vacation”
The best

South facing and sheltered so could sunbathe in bikini with 13c in January, 350m to beach which was busy on day it was 18c, nice park nearby, close to supermarket and restaurants, bus stop to torrevieja virtually outside.Arrival gifts of water and wine were welcoming, Anna was really helpful

To be improved

Only slight downside was bed was noisy getting in and out so woke up partner, otherwise sleep was ok
