The staff was friendly, the apartment had almost everything we needed.

To be improved

I would have liked an apartment with air conditioning. I know this was not offered, but would make the flat even better. The bathroom was a bit outdated

Air conditioning in each bedroom would be a bonus. It was particularly hot when we stayed to be fair. Under normal circumstances it would probably have been fine

“Perfect for San Fermin festival- close enough to walk into main activity (or catch one of bus stops out front) but far enough away to not be disrupted by noise etc. Great value for money for large group in comparison to other property similar sized, lots of good restaurants around. Easy check-in instructions and staff were easy to contact. · Cons: No aircon and could get quite hot during day/evening- each bedroom did have own fan however which was appreciated.”

“Nice location, but those beds....”

Great location, spotlessly clean. Spacious apartment.

The beds were sooo uncomfortable, hard and the pillows also. All beds were single, no double beds. No aircon in the rooms, tried to sleep on the sofa but hardly slept. Check in is a bit of a faff.

“Staff were very helpful. Good location. Spacious and clean. · Cons: Awful car park. No lights where we told to park. Horrible lift which was very bumpy. Doors kept closing on people trying to get in. Poor soundproofing from.above and below.. No instructions for rubbish etc”
