The best

We have been to Oasis tossa spa since 2015 . Still has the same great staff we met then .the new staff are a great addition and the are all superb from front of house to the people you don't interact with. 10/10 for everyone.

To be improved

With the new chill out area at the end of the bar terrace it should be no smoking. Like wise we were in room 1 you could smell smoke al the time and we had no view although we asked for a pool view But saying that all staff fabulous, helpfull and professional. Still coming back

The best

We are very satisfied with the hotel. The service and the restaurant were perfect. I can only recommend this place, this is the second time we have booked here. We were from July 1st to July 4th (our room was 437) but our flight was changed and our changed flight only left the next day. The professionalism of the hotel reception and luck were such that they were able to give us another night. They arranged everything for us, with great help. In the end, a very tip-top hotel. I can only recommend it.
