GHT Sa Riera

A lovely end of summer week at the Sa Riera, the hotel clean and comfortable bedrooms overlooking the pool comfortable clean light and airy however they have a open plan feel, no enclosed storage which was fine for us but perhaps not to everyone's taste. All the staff were friendly helpful and efficient, Florin and his team do an excellent good job in the restaurant, however the customer flow at the food stations could be planned better too many people queuing for the different courses this needs to be addressed. The outside area tidy and sun loungers much improved from last year. Thank you for a nice week.

Hotel clean and staff very friendly. I had a massage whilst there which was good and very relaxing. The location is good, with about a 10 min walk to the beach. The resort itself is lovely. Nice beach and good selection of shops. The only disappointment with the hotel was the food and overall restaurant experience. Badly designed and limited info on what was on offer. For example a card saying “fish” but what kind of fish as it was hard to tell sometimes. As a veggie this meant I didn’t risk some of the food in case it had meat in. Long queues for food, and if you want a dessert you have to queue behind people queuing for hot food. Limited variation on desserts. We didn’t have much variety with some desserts being served every night of our 6 day stay. I saw a number of men literally in swim shorts and flip flops during the dinner service. It just felt like a canteen rather than a restaurant. Won’t return to this hotel. It wasn’t awful it was just the whole food experience which was a let down.

Had a great value holiday in a comfortable hotel with a lovely choice food. The staff were friendly and positive. Check in was easy and the reception staff very helpful. Thank you to all the team!

Annina from Finland Tossa de Mar is a lovely, clean town. The hotel surroundings are peaceful, but close enough to the beach 500m and the centre. Good beaches with clear water. Finding a parking space is challenging or expensive. The lobby bar is clean, good selection, friendly service. The swimming pool is too small, a bit untidy. I would like a more active role at the reception. The staff could suggest what to do in Tossa de Mar and its surroundings. The staff's English is not very good, but the service is very friendly. The room was modern and clean. The bed was good. I would suggest more open shelves in the bathroom and bedroom so that you don't have to keep things on the floor. The hotel's restaurant is an absolute plus <3. It raised the score from three to four. We had full service and every time we enjoyed good food and a varied offer and friendly staff. The dining room itself would be worth styling, for example with paint and Spanish style. Good price-quality ratio. Thank you for a wonderful holiday week.

Excellent staff the hotel is spotless , fabulous location , good food service with excellent breakfast, comfortable beds and very relaxing experience I would highly recommend and I have stayed here on 3 occasions already , looking forward to my next visit ,i has left behind my expensive make up and the hotel arranged to have it sent to my home address. So thank you again
