The pool area was nice, breakfast quite good, evening buffet quite good. Situated about 400 metres from the beach but it was all uphill (very steep) coming home. Towels available for pool, reasonabvle deposit.

The lock was broken on the door to the balcony so couldn't be locked which made us feel very insecure. We reported this on the first morning and almost every day later. On the 6th day we got a change of room. The lock was still unrepaired. A faulty light switch was replaced within 24 hours. Reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Said they had no information on buses, things to do or see etc. Appeared uninterested. Beds were rock hard. Not one English channel on TV. Servive at the pool bar was worse than Fawlty Towers, but not as funny.

Nice pool and dining room.

Grumpy and unhelpful receptionist. They also seemed to be poorly trained. Dinner did not commence at advertised time. Service at pool bar/snacks was very poor. A broken lock on balcony door was not repaired for the five days we were in room 302.

Very friendly stuff and very close to the beach.

To be improved

They lie about the sea views. I paid extra for a sea views room, but the sea was barely visible behind a building. They refused to change the room or to return the extra payment.
