Decided to have a cheap get away at the last moment and this hotel came up after the reviews I was expecting it to be terrible but then again if you book cheap you get cheap , I went with my friend and it included half board , the hotel is basic the room we had was basic but perfectly acceptable for what we paid, people who moan and want a five star hotel and service should book and pay for a 5 start hotel , we had the breakfast and the evening meal whilst choice is limited it is still perfectly acceptable for what you have paid . My philosophy is if you don’t like it don’t eat it simple, the room and towels was cleaned every day , my only irritation was music from a neighbouring property was played loud until late at night which I am sure also irritates people who live close by also , it was not every night but at least 3-4 nights I was there , it is quite away from the beach and if walking some pretty big hills but again not much of a issue , in all I would say if you want 5 star then book 5 star if you want somewhere cheap with somewhere to sleep and a bit of food then this place is perfectly acceptable, I didn’t interact much with the staff but they seemed pleasant enough ,

Friendly and polite staff. Сlean, if you don't nitpick too much. Breakfasts are a bit monotonous, but dinners are delicious and filling. For that price, it's quite OK.

Great hotel staff great I stayed here 5 time pool good never ad food but been told it good bus outside cost 145 to town shop outside and cafe bar on corner locals friendly I stayed in 5 star places that ain't as good as here u. U get basic a room with nice bed

clean and comfortable

I had a pretty nice experience in this hotel, very good price for breakfast and dinner included. I also had the best room, it was somehow isolated, on the last floor, in a corner, so no neighbors to make noise. Breakfast and especially dinnner are very good, fresh canarian food and wide range of selection. Location is good not far from beach or bus station.

The hotel was that bad my partner and I left next morning staff was not helping, the room was a disgrace, I asked for another room, he said there was none had 2 men at my door complai about noise I'm partially deaf ,felt very uncomfortable and unsafe
