The late meal times are difficult for small children ..the endless queues and the temperature of the pools was shockingly cold.

The pool is all that the hotel has, and feels like everyone is paying just for that.

To be improved

Food was bad, drinks were really dilutated. Overall the hotel is overpriced for what you get.

Food was awful, the restairant manager was really rude. The price was expensive and the quality didn’t match. The queuing of the beds were awful

Bar staff were great and animation team. Pretty clean and rooms are ok. Great for kids.

To be improved

Most staff were good apart from the restaurant manager and one of the pool cleaner staff kept moving parasols and tables even when people were using them. Not enough sunbeds etc for everyone and snack bar had at least 40 min queues and food wasn’t great for selection.
