“Amazing staff so lovely and helpful, rooms were always clean as was the hotel. Food was lovely the majority of it was different day to day and a wide range of drinks. Massive thank you to the bar staff and cleaners they were so kind”

“Relaxing”
The best

The property is nice and clean, the location is good not far from the beach and shops and restaurants. Easy to catch the bus and they also offer free bus to different places

To be improved

Everything was nice, the food could be better but there is varieties.

the breakfast selection was poor not enough variety to choose from ,there was no Iron to use you had to rent one as well as beach towels for the pool everthing you need was for rent or pay extra

“More 3 star than 4, but would probably return”
The best

Hotel was spotless, food was good. Staff were warm and friendly. Selection of drinks were ok, but not great.

To be improved

Air con was poor, was like a sweat box. Not being allowed in the pool until 10am is crazy. Not enough parasols around the pools.

One morning at 8. a.m. the gardener cut the grass with an extremely noicy whipper snipper. I suggest using battery-powered grass trimmers.

“The reception is really nice and friendly · Cons: Except for the reception staff, all the employees showed no enthusiasm or smiled when greeting the guests. The names and ingredients of each dish were not fully indicated. This caused a lot of confusion for the guests, considering the religious aspects involved. For several days, the room service staff were supposed to clean the rooms in the morning, but it was obvious that they didn't do the job properly. We found that there were still some hair and garbage in the room.”
