“Fair value for money, good infrastructure but extremely dirty bathroom”

The hotel facilities are good, bedrooms are spacious and I like that is surrounded by trees and nature. The food variety is also good.

Bedroom and specifically the bathroom was extremely dirty. The bathroom was also smelly. We requested cleaning service few times since they seem ed to have forgotten our bedroom few times. Also there was no shampoo or soap ( even if was all inclusive) I had to asked for it 6 times and be for 2 days without it, before some finally sent it to my room (by the I had bought my own). Unfortunately the management and organization seems that is not working well. Which is a shame as the hotel is nice.

The location and commodities, with a good terrace.

To be improved

Incomplete cleaning of the room and changing towels, which I had to complain about at the reception. Then the new towels were left there without removal of the old ones. Window to terrace left opened, from where anyone could’ve entered. Also the price for 1 in a double room was more expensive than for 2 which makes no sense.

“Bad”

The best

There is absolutely nothing great except the pool. The rooms were smelling like mold and though I asked to change _ they had no intrest helping me. To get to the Rooms you had to walk with your bags up 59 flights of stairs. No one was helping. It's absolutely the worst hotel. The clients were all from UK with big families. Felt bad for the elderly that couldn't walk all those stairs. No one to help with the bags. This chain should sell this hotel and let someone with real taste take over.

“Disappointing! Dirty rooms, ok facilities! Lots of stairs to rooms!”

Pool area was lovely, staff great, breakfast and lunch buffets good.

The room was really awful - it smelt so badly of mould and was covered in ants. First night arrived late - didn’t have any pillow cases on dirty pillows. No water in room, after a huge climb up with luggage with no offer of help water was needed. Refill stations are only in buffet room and by bar all the way back down the ‘mountain’ which get closed at night so no access to water after midnight also often cold water filter side broken so only room temp available. Bar system was a pain - one token gets one cup which you have to keep to get another drink. Drinks not great - cheap brands. For €200/night I expected a clean room, water and decent drinks. Disappointed.
