“Good value for money, although pricey”

-friendly staff -variety at breakfast -good location near beach and Magaluf -option to leave suitcase -good quality towels, clean -we arrived late at night and received a complementary sandwich and rice +drink as welcome

To be improved

- pool closes at 18:00 -low quality toilet paper - you receive a bracelet which is recommended to wear during the stay - little vegetable options at breakfast for my taste

first, i booked a room that they didn’t get me, they gave me the cheapest room that they have and still made me pay the room i first booked and the excuse was “two big groups arrived so we don’t have the room you booked”. second, not even the AC worked in our room, they forgot too clean my room for one day, and under the bed is just disgusting. third, food was never 100% cooked and there was never a moment i said “this is good”. the only thing i liked was the staff of the restaurant and bar. so i rate this hotel 1/10 for sure and i’ll never come back. i 0% recommend this.

Air conditioning leaked reported 4 times before being repaired properly. Fobbed off at first until video show room flooded with water from the unit. General Manager never came to see us about this even through requested.

The breakfast was good. A reasonable choice between continental and traditional English. The facilities were clean and the staff were friendly and attentive.

This was an anniversary holiday, so I pre-booked an upgraded double-suite, which I paid for in full, upon arrival. This suite was literally twice the price of a standard double room, yet when we got to our room, no suite, just a standard double and not a word of apology. I had to wait until the following morning to speak with a manager. He was empathetic but I was told that due to a hotel error I wouldn't be able to switch rooms until two full nights after arrival. When I requested financial compensation, I was told this was not possible, but I could upgrade to full board for free (not what I wanted at all). I spent at least 3 hours either on calls to Booking.com or in direct conversation with hotel management, but both initially blamed each other and I was stuck in the middle. Ultimately, the hotel flatly refused a refund and Booking.com finally agreed to compensate my by way of a voucher towards a future booking. Almost 3 days of my 7 days holiday were ruined by this! The moral of the story... never part with your money at this hotel until you've double checked that the room you reserved and paid for, is the room that you're getting.
