Cannot understand how they achieved 4 star rating This hotel should be inspected..we were forced to change rooms after first night due to noisy air conditioning and cockroaches. Upon changing They then downgraded our room. Torn towels, paper cups in room to drink from poor pillows etc etc . The staff were sympathetic to our concerns but obviously couldn’t help. Very disappointed overall.

The best

Quiet and spacious. Two lovely pools with a reasonable priced bar. Location is on a main road but walking distance to lots of amenities and the beach. The beds were so comfortable and really big!

To be improved

The evening food was average and there is no bar on the roof top pool until the evening.

“Hotel was nice the staff were lovely. as soon as we got into our room we realised the air con was not working apparently a few rooms had the same problem. I think they should have informed customers before arriving we were offered a fan which helped. We stayed 4 nights. · Cons: Aircon not working”
