Hotel Waterpark and pool facilities were good.

Rooms are small and not comfortable. Housekeeping did'nt hapned for 2 days out of 4 we stayed in the hotel. No Toileteries not refilled - in the refill packs, even after requesting. Very Cold behaviour of staff

“Generally a good mid range, all inclusive hotel”

The view from our room was amazing. The communal areas were always clean and well kept. Plenty of sun beds. Plenty of food. Food is very typical all inclusive food with the odd amazing nugget in there!

To be improved

Main pool was very cold. There is an issue with ants in the bedrooms. Evening entertainment was hit and miss.

Lots of pool areas Comfortable room

Food needs improving, specifically the quality of meat used, Theme restaurant food was mostly cold which isn't ideal. Drinks were not very good, cocktails all pre mixed and then added mixer on top. Strange flavours for well known cocktails
