The staff were terrible when I had my family visit me . Wanted me to pay for my sister coming to my room while I get ready to go out . I’ve stayed in hotels all around the world and never experienced this. The reason I come to Spain is to see my sister and she wasn’t allowed in my room while I got ready to got out with her and my nephews 👎 I also payed for a extra night for €150 euro and they asked me to change room at 7am 🤷‍♂️

Service and reception are good, people are friendly and servicial.

To be improved

For the love of god don't accept room 201. The loud fans from the building in front will keep you up all night. The decibels must be way above regulations.
