Excellent service! Amazing staff and a beautiful hotel with an outstanding view. Receptionist Luciano + Noelia are great people, very helpful and polite. They made the experience superb! I would highly recommend this hotel! 👌🏽

Good location everything you need on the door step or short walk away, reception and other public areas very clean. Booked studio for 2 adults 1 child, room very dated, with view of a brick wall,2 single beds, trundle pull out bed for child which you had to put away each day or there would not have been any room to get into the fridge, cleaner never came into our room until the 3rd day, which wasn't a problem as took beach towels with us, saw cleaners trolley took some loo roll to put in the room. There is kettle fridge toaster microwave 2 ringed hob, small TV on the wall with a couple of English channels. Hairdryer in the bathroom, shower wasn't brilliant but did its job. I could not believe it when my husband took granddaughter down to the pool earlier than the previous day charged 3.50 euros per person for a sunbed, this explained why you couldn't get a sunbed as the charge was for the day, the gent who took the payment was rude and abrupt, I did go to the reception question the payment they said it was because it was an outside agency ?? she said she had quite a few complaints, well its definitely a first for us. The pool isn't that big not a lot of sunbeds or umbrella's, lifeguard is there from 10am - 6pm, was brilliant with all the children, even the unruly. cant comment on the pool bar and restaurant never used. All in All good holiday would book a sea view room if we were to go back. Purley on the hidden costs they don't tell you about its a no from us.

Back to our favourite Santa Ponsa hotel for the seventh time! The hotel is in an ideal position for the shops, restaurants or beach. Our room had a sea view which rivals the best views we've seen anywhere. The hotel has a calm, relaxing vibe and all the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are kept clean and have everything you would need. All in all, excellent value for money and, as usual, we will definitely be back!

Arrived very late, however, I was checked in by Luciano and despite the ‘early’ hours he gave excellent advice about restaurants and hairdresser! The room was clean and the chambermaids were very good and friendly. Cooking facilities were fine. Two pieces of advice: There was a place for recycling on 5th floor. If one wish to pay for leaving the room later, I was told to ask the morning of departure! Not good if one has a hangover after watching Denmark loose on penalties!

Great location paid extra for sea view but it was well worth it .nice staff and the area was nice.room was ample for our needs.will visit again

This hotel is in a great location, close to bars and restaurants, recommend Greenman bar and Hong Kong restaurant 👌, also easy walk to the Square, hotel room was clean and beds very comfy, a bit dated but what hotels aren't unless brand new, staff were lovely and Sergio in the bar area was great, always a smile and made you feel welcome, first time there but hopefully not the last.
