Beautiful view and location to the ocean.

To be improved

The beds were not comfortable. Too soft. We needed to call the reception 2 times, because the room was not clean. (~16:00) This was our 2nd visit in the hotel. First in 2017 was breathtaking and super comfortable. Now it was just good. The hotel entertainment was poor, meaning in the bar close to the infinity pool was boring and not entertaining at all. The cocktails were bad. Sangria was not fresh. It was disappointing. Compared to our experience 8 years ago it was not worth it price range and hotel wise. The staffs were mostly helpful. The entertainment guy next to pool was too much outgoing. For us. So overall for us it was 7 out of 10.

External elevator breaks down 2 times in 10 days, stupid switching of the toilet extractor fan on and off meanwhile, the air conditioner can operate at full power day and night. The room key card was poorly programmed. There was a problem with the first entry and also when staying after check out.

The hotel is close to the beach, offers absolutely all the facilities (there is even a souvenir shop and a shop with beach items inside the hotel). The room was spacious, with a spacious balcony and a wonderful view. The room was clean, the breakfast was varied and rich in various dishes. The price-quality ratio is excellent.

To be improved

As a recommendation: the hotel still needs some renovations. We didn't mind this aspect because we usually don't spend much time in the hotel room. As I said, it's just a recommendation.

Pool was amazing one of best I have experienced, spa was fantastic and amazing value as its included in the price. Location was spot on and views are much better than most hotels in the puerto rico/mogan area. If your driving loads of parking, and prices for those not all inclusive were very good value. Entertainment was good especially at the pool, Patryk was amazing.

To be improved

Rooms are dated, small tv 32inch for large room, limited sockets for those with lots of tech to charge, food selection was not great but okay, bar service in the lounge can be very slow especially if your seated outside, sometimes 1 hour or more before you will be served

“A pequeño (little) slice of paradise.”

Couldn’t fault a single moment of our stay. We paid 1000 Euros each for a week All Inclusive for two single rooms in June 2025. The Food and facilities were amazing. Super clean. Very nice, helpful, friendly staff. The whole system works like a well oiled machine. Incredible location with views over Amadores beach. Close enough to Puerto Rico or Puerto Mogan for those seeking more excitement or adventure. We found our little slice of paradise and have rebooked for next year already. This Hotel is perfect for those seeking a quiet, peaceful get away. Large families with Children would be better suited at the sister Hotel - Gloria Palace Amadores. Which is just a few hundred meters away.
