“Relaxing setting and great spa, but let down by safety and overcrowding”

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s in a great, peaceful location—perfect for relaxing. The spa was a highlight: absolutely amazing and surprisingly affordable. Our room had beautiful sea views, was modern, and the beds were very comfortable. We also appreciated the variety and quality of the food, and the fact that there was a daily entertainment program.

Several aspects of our stay were disappointing. The swimming pool area was constantly overcrowded, with too few sun loungers to accommodate the number of guests. It became clear later that local visitors were also allowed daily access, which added to the congestion. The hotel grounds had very limited green spaces, so aside from the spa, there weren’t many quiet areas to relax away from the crowds. The daily entertainment was very loud and continued until 11 pm each night, making it difficult to unwind in the evenings. We also experienced long waits for the elevators. The kids’ club was located outdoors, right by the pool, rather than in a secure indoor area. This setup made us uncomfortable leaving our child there, as it was easy for children to wander off and become distracted by the pool rather than engaging with the activities provided. Most concerning, however, was the lack of proper health and safety measures and the staff's inability to respond appropriately in critical situations. Upon arrival, I was burnt by hot coffee due to an unsafe setup at the self-service station. A staff member had placed a cup under the machine in a tilted position, which caused it to overflow onto my forearms and leg. No one offered assistance, and the receptionist’s only response was to clean the table and floor. When my partner later spoke with the manager, the incident was dismissed and blamed on me. We were refused to get complaint form and were asked to bring the medical report. Interestingly, the coffee station was removed the following day. As a result of the burn, I had to avoid the sun and spa for several days. Then, two days later, a staff member accidentally dropped several heavy plates near me while restocking. A piece struck my leg, causing it to bleed. Again, there was no concern shown for my injury. When I asked for a plaster, they had none and offered only lemon-scented wipes—not appropriate for treating a cut. This meant I had to avoid pool and sea.

“Absolutely beautiful”

Everything was perfect, the room was clean and spacious, shower was great, food was tasty and loads, great variety. Not much to do in the area if you’re not there for beach and pool only, i like to explore but next village is 30 minutes beautiful walk distance and plenty to do. The rooftop restaurant was absolutely amazing, definitely give it a go! The staff were so nice and welcoming, they would go above and beyond to help! Oh let’s not forget the spa centre, needs to be visited too! Highly recommend this hotel!!
