The flat was a perfect location with beautiful views, great balcony, and very comfortable living space.

The electricity was not working when we arrived, it went out numerous times every day, we did not have air conditioning, hot water, or the ability to do anything that required electricity multiple times daily. We had no air conditioning at night to sleep the day we arrived from an international trip. The temps were high and humidity high (96/97F). Jonathan, our contact, never came to check on anything regarding the electricity. I asked for fans and he did not respond. He brought none. Jonathan did call an electrician and a technician and expected me to wait for them and handle the problems. No basics like hand soap for the bathrooms.

wonderful property near the beach, close to shops, coffee bars, restaurants, everything you need for a quality and peaceful vacation, some things were actually torn in the apartment, which the host repaired immediately after the application

The communication could have been better on the day before arrival. Anyone staying there needs to make sure you call the main office for exact details. Then your travel day will be less confusing on apartment (Keys) pick-up. Other then that my family had a wonderful time and the apartment is fantastic -- Location top notch and I would definitely stay there again.
