“Not at the level for a holiday rental”

Air conditioning works, and the view from the terrace is great ! The property manager always answered quickly when I contacted (which I did many times due to all the problems in the flat)

To be improved

I note down the things that reduce a potential 9 into a 5: - they forgot about our check-in and we have to wait until 17:30 to check-in (even though I wrote on booking the day before). - Coffee machine was broken (I had to contact to get a new one), - The TV was not working as the plug in the wall was broken (when I saw the problem on the evening I had to buy myself an extension cord to get electricity to the TV - they did reimbursed me) - the WC was broken - the tiles in the room were broken near to the sofa.

To be improved

Bathroom sink clogged, plumber didn’t fix but we did. AC leaked water so it couldn’t be used. Tiles in floor broken. Noise from neighbouring building AC droned all day. Clothes line broken. One cupboard door jammed so hard to open. No mop just a handle. Communication to access apartment and get Wifi codes very difficult due to the people having no English. Balcony door difficult to open and close. Refrigerator hadn’t been defrosted for months so we couldn’t use the freezer.

amazing views on balcony perfect location friendly host air con cooking facilities and fridge host allowed us to check out a bit later with no issues which was great
