Access was difficult.

Inconsistencies in both apartments and things missing. The issues highlighted by the other users of damp and loose sockets are still evident. Not sure why there are no locks on bathroom doors. Limited amenties including no kettle - why? The thought process behind this space is great and effort has gone in to creating a family space. However, it is evident that maintaining this has not been possible. The bathroom design doesn't work - shower is too small and the shower heads don't hold in place. The pipework gets too hot that it burns. It's a shame as it has great potential and is in a great location.

Was sent an email asking what time I would be arriving so that I could meet someone at the property for the keys. I said 4pm which is the time we arrived nobody there. It took me six attempts to get an answer to the emergency number. When someone finally answered there was a language barrier. She was trying to tell me how to access the property but we just couldn’t get in. So after about half an hour she agreed to come to the property. She let us in with no apology. We were told there was parking on the street but there wasn’t so ended up costing us €80 to park. The apartment, kitchen no tea towels or small spoons. Bathroom door doesn’t close and there was no lock on the door. Electric socket on bathroom wall was hanging off exposing wires. Bedroom pillows lumped duvet to think no mirror. Bedding was very old and bobbly. Towels hard, smelling of damp. In the longe area the ceiling was covered in damp patches and flaking paint. Photo evidence available. I booked a two bedroom apartment and this was confirmed in the booking as my friend and I prefer separate bedrooms.

No toiletries in the bathroom and not enough towels lack of basic consumables in the kitchen, such as oil and vinegar

Location and size

Completely clogged drains in bathroom - you use water for 1 minute and then have to wait for another 2-3 minutes for water to go away to prevent overflows. Overall interior is a bit shaggy, it has seen better days.
