“Not what we expected!!”

There was no staff . Tried to reach them several times just a form letter. We were not told there was going to be construction at the the building we were staying at. Starting at 7:45 am. If we had known I wouldn't have booked this place. The entrance to the building had very bad lighting. A strong smell of sewage.. no place to put your luggage while we were waiting to get into the building. 1 towel for 3 days each.. I would not recommend. Good location.

The best

This location is great. The marina, beach and old town are very accessible walking. The apartment has 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people, although 2 would be in the living room. The local contact was very responsive and took care of any concerns Immediately

To be improved

The apartment is tired. The kitchen cupboard doors are crooked and won't close properly. There were some small amenities for the kitchen I had to buy for a 2 month stay. Some of the towels and sheets have small holes in them. The couch is not in great shape but has a cover. The street noise from cars was loud. It could use a refresh. On the day of my arrival, no one answered the buzzer to let me in the building. I was able to get the cab driver to phone someone to get in.

“Very good”

The best

The location was perfect - very close to all attractions, shopping malls, train station, market, but at the same time it was not noisy. The apartment was very basic but perfect for our family - enough space for everyone. And 2 bathrooms is also very important detail.

To be improved

The room was not ready at the time of our arrival (it would be nice to send some message that the room will be ready later, so that we could adjust our plans). Everything was very good, but some small details (that do not cost a fortune) can make a big difference (some tea, sugar, coffee, kitchen towels). And also information about closest garbage bins would be nice.

Everything was wonderful. The place is big, there are many beds. The internet connection is good. The apartment is in the city center, everything is close.
