The service definitely needs to be better: The property is handled by the agency so we were dependent of their opening hours. Very short time for check in : out of these hours- extra 50 eur fee. No flexibility, very strict and basic service- that’s a result when you have no owner and no personal contact behind. —The towels and bedding- it is extra and cost 30 eur PER PERSON- (but when I booked I couldn’t cancel this service from my reservation). But the towel kit- also very basic- there is no carpet for the bathroom, we needed to put one towel on the ground, there is no kitchen towel neither. — we were asked to leave the apartment clean as we came, but there is not even a vacuum cleaner… No liquid for the dishes, or other cleaning stuff. — there is nothing- no soap or shower gel, no salt or sugar- just NOTHING. — when we came (december)- the heating was off, the ground was cold like ice. It took time to heat, and we were with baby. I think the apartment should be more prepared for guests. — the curtain in the shower needs to be changed- very dirty- just full brown on the bottom. — no internet
