The best

Lara was amazing. Fast response. Excellent location. Stayed at santiago 4 previously and this location and room i found better. Cant fault the room, location or company at all.

To be improved

The washing machine was terrible. Ripped a few items of clothing, didnt wash anything properly. Even slight marks. The clothes came out soaking constantly. No big deal tho, didnt impact my stay at all. Just incase anyone takes less clothing due to a washine machine being there.

The best

The apartment has 2 bedrooms upstairs both ensuite. There is also a separate toilet and sink downstairs which was very handy. There was a balcony off of the main bedroom and also one off the living area. Kitchen had everything you would need. Entry is by keypad code both to main entrance, apartment and pool area which was great as there were 4 of us staying. We were very central and a short walk to the shops and beach but very central to bars and restaurants. There is also a supermarket on the premises. There is a charge for sun loungers but to be honest this wasn't a problem as it is yours for the day. Pool area is kept very well. Pool bar served food and drinks. Lara was lovely to deal with and we will definitely be back 😊

To be improved

There was very little not to like. There is a deposit but you just give your card details, no money is actually taken. If there is any damage then they will take from your card. There is a fee on checkout for dishes not washed and put away, rubbish not taken out or for belongings not removed which is fair enough as it needs to be sorted quickly for next residents. Also, the washing machine is a top loader and even though there were instructions I would recommend asking to be shown exact use of machine.
