The apartment is in the top location, with amazing views, very well equipped with basically everything you need.

To be improved

3 mins after I booked the the apartment I get the "welcome" message. Whole list of charges and penalties. First €500 euro deposit (not taken). Then, despite €65 euros cleaning fee is included in the price if you: don't wash your dishes - €30, don't take your rubbish - €30, don't empty the fridge - €30. If you smoke (I understand that smoking in the apartment is not right, but on the balcony? Btw they have ashtrays in the tv unit so I was quite confused) - €150 penalty. All of those charges are not mentioned in the advert. That maked me anxious even before I start to pack. I know they manage many properties and want to cover their back just in case but when you're excited about your holiday full of sun and relax and getting that kind of message you can feel you choose wrong. From the other side you can feel very homely (cleaning, washing, empty the bins)🤣🤣🤣. However as I said, I haven't been charged for either deposit, or any extra fees (maybe cause I was a good boy and I did everything they said lol). As I said, the flat itself is brilliant, Lara, who welcome me there was very friendly and helpful, they allowed me for late check out without any charges, just this message was quite threatening.

“Very good good location good communication you do need WiFi on your fone as you arrive as everything”

Location apartment couldn’t fault nothing bed extremely big and comfortable didn’t need host at all only thing he put price up as we booked in February apparently your allowed to do this

Abit expensive as he put put price up after booking

The guy who met us at the apt was great and on hand all week if there were any problems, the apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, I would definitely recommend the it especially for couples
