“Very unclean, couldn’t possibly stay in that apartment and enjoy our holiday. No refund offered”
To be improved

Place was very unclean, within the first 12 hours of our stay we seen at least 20 cockroaches in our room and were not offered any refund and had to book a new hotel out of our own money with no help.
