The apartment is perfectly located in Pollença. It’s super quiet, yet just a few minutes walk from many lovely restaurants. The beautiful beach is right across the road. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend it.

Great location and property had everything required to make a short stay for a cycling holiday more than comfortable. Balcony gets the sun later in the day, ideal for sitting on when back getting ready to head out. Kitchen a good size with separate utility. We only used it for breakfast but had everything to make it a home from home. Beds were comfortable and even a decent supply of extra heaters for the unseasonable cooler weather we experienced. Owner Ed friendly and able to give us some good local info and was responsive via phone comms. All in a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would return to use again.

The location was wonderful, such a peaceful setting and a few steps away from the ocean! We enjoyed the balcony in the afternoons to sun bathe. The home was well fitted and could cook comfortably and felt really homely! An added bonus was the washing machine and it was a nice gesture of Ed to leave water and milk. Had a wonderful stay, thank you!

The apartment was in a great location close to the beach,shops and restaurants. The owner visited us to check everything was ok and gave us handy tips and advise.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, with the most beautiful beach opposite to enjoy a day on. Free easy parking right outside. Apartment had everything we could want & the owner was very helpful. Short walk into the centre (5 mins), lovely peaceful area but there are still plenty of restaurants & bars very close by. Would return

The apartment is really comfortable and well equipped. There's everything you could need in the kitchen. It was easy to collect the key and the host was on hand if we had any questions. Parking was also really easy right outside the property. The location is great for lots of nice restaurants and bars within a short stroll. There's a small supermarket 2 doors down that sells fresh bread and pastries. There's a beach opposite as well as lots of others within driving and cycling distance.
