Unfortunately, there is a smell of cigarettes in the apartment. We came there late at night, with the children but we found very uncomfortable staying in that place. We had urgently look for another accommodation and that was a really bad experience. We understand that the owner can't control people who rent the apartment. She's tried to avoid that by putting a 'No smoking ' sign, but a simple smoke sensor on the ceiling could help better. I gave them 3 just for giving our money back in full and quickly.

For the price, cleanliness needs to improve. Smell of smoke from previous occupiers. No shower gel, shampoo or detergent available.
