Little confusing over parking and entry, a bit more clarity over initial access would be a benefit to guests

Nobody appeared when we were there. Apartment under us was getting renovated. Leak from boiler filling 2 litre bottle which I had to empty 4 times. Broken sun chair. Broken vacuum cleaner. Lift broken one day. Only one set of bedding.

The only thing we missed was a kettle! Also a welcome pack might be handy and more loo roll.

Only very minor things. It would have helped if they'd explained I needed to park on the road first and to get the car park remote from the apartment before I could access the car park. And (this sounds ridiculous...) how to remove the key from the door lock. The kitchen was tiny - no real work surface though it had pretty much all I needed. A kettle would have been nice, possibly one smaller pan and a chopping board. A guide to useful information would have been helpful e.g. where supermarket was, how to deal with rubbish etc. But honestly, these are all very minor points.
