A toaster wasnt available common appliance cork screw was broken we replaced it no cushions on seats in kitchen no plug (broken)in sink in kitchen the bedroom tables could have been better not odd stools and tables distance from town more details about how to use appliances in house including burglar alarm more tea towels needed i bought some of my own small hand brush and shovel would have been handy hand rail we felt should have been fitted on pool outside mainly to get in and out and safety reasons more sockets in dining area needed

“Nice Villa, Poor Customer Experience, Unfriendly Staff”

The villa is very comfortable, spacious, and has a nice outdoor space. The location is also good, but you’ll need a car as it’s situated in a private neighborhood with nothing within walking distance. Additionally, some nearby properties were undergoing construction during our stay, so there’s a chance you might encounter some noise, as we did.

We unfortunately had a disappointing experience with two main issues: The Check-in Process The check-in lady was unfriendly and displayed an arrogant attitude, which made our first interaction with the property quite unpleasant. She was not collaborative or helpful when we raised our concerns. The Heated Pool We specifically booked the villa because it was advertised as being a "Villa with heated pool" (I noticed the host has now updated the listing name, which is good). However, upon arrival, we were told we needed to pay an additional €30/day to actually heat the pool. This was misleading, as the listing made no mention of such a supplement. The check-in lady claimed to have contacted Booking.com about the issue and later informed us that Booking.com agreed with her and the property, and that no resolution could be provided. She even said that Booking.com would call us to explain the situation. However, after contacting Booking.com ourselves, they confirmed the violation of conditions by the host and offered us a reimbursement (thank you Booking!). While we were open to finding a solution, the lack of collaboration and poor attitude from the check-in staff made it difficult and left a negative impression. It's unfortunate that this situation spoiled our initial experience with the Villa.

Doesn’t look like Booking.com finish the rest of my complaint so the rest of the complaint was after the pool guy had finished fixing the pool. I was send a text message to say that I would be losing my deposit over a black tube that had broken over the pool cover which was already broken when we arrived and was glued with like a brown cement silicone then they went on to say that my child had pooed in the pool which this was a joke as my children do not poo in pool and we could only think it was the brown cement that come off the pipe, the owners were having none of this continues to blame me for the broken cover and the cloud in the pool when in fact I’ve got text messages to prove that they were extremely sorry for the filter being broken as it was out of their control and that it needed to be replaced They also went on to say they would take my full €350 deposit in order to repair the damages to the pipe and then went out and fix the pipe myself with glue that would’ve kept it together rather than the glue that they were using and was told that I was out of order for doing this Brown clay obviously was the part that they thought was poo which was in fact from the broken pipe. This is advertised as a private pool when in fact you have CCTV watching your 24 hours a day so that meant my children were exposed to whoever watches this.
