“Cute basic and well located.”

The best

The location was great. Very easy check in process. Didn’t meet any staff in person but all info was communicated well via WhatsApp. Really comfortable and cosy place. Felt very authentic - it felt nicer than a modern hotel. Kitchen had everything we needed except a kettle and proper mugs. Bed and sofa were comfortable. Shower was good. Mostly clean. A good number of bars and restaurants close by. Waking distance to all main attractions.

To be improved

I wish that there was a kettle and mugs for tea (British). I also wish that the plates and bowls were cleaned. I picked one up to have cereal in but had to clean the bowl and glass before I could use as they had dust and were not clean.

“Nice place to stay, reasonably central. Small rooms, but comfortable and clean.”

Great air conditioning. Cute room. Good amenities - clothes washing machine and dryer on site. Had stove top, microwave, fridge, kettle, iron, etc on site. Communication prior to our arrival was fantastic.

To be improved

The bathroom water had a slight smell but you don’t notice it with the door closed. The main access way from the property on foot is up a long flight of stairs, about a 10 minutes walk from where the bus drops you - this was hard with our suitcases (although the property did warn us to book a taxi!). The internet in Granada is not great! Neither the wifi nor our mobile data worked well.
