“The design was Thai or Balinese. · Cons: ACCESS: the closest you could get a car to unload luggage was 650-700 m away; STAIRS: our room was up 5 flights of stairs - no luggage assistance or elevator; ATTENTION TO DETAIL: there we're cleaning materials left out on sofas in the hallway, cords and cables loose and visible throughout, mismatched glassware, only one knife - a bread knife - in the kitchenette, etc.; COMFORT: the sofa and chairs were rock hard, with thin cushions, the sharp corners of the bed had very little clearance with the arched doorway of the bedroom, the cost on the balcony was rickety and unstable, music from the lounge below played loudly, past midnight and when shutting the sliding glass door to reduce it, the room became uncomfortably warm and stuffy; AMENITIES: a hot tub was listed in the room amenities, but it was a hot tub on the roof, requiring reservations and payment (€35/hr); bedside outlets were listed (for our CPAP), but they required moving large, heavy bed and removing the plugs for the 2 lamps; CUSTOMER SERVICE: the worst part however, was the customer service; difficult to reach - required internet and lengthy response times; were unhelpful and defensive -- we had booked 2 nights and decided to check out after 1. They have a free cancellation at anytime policy listed, so we wrote them about the checkout in time for their cleaning staff, who was cleaning, to prepare the room for the next guest; and asked for the second night to be refunded. They replied "no" stating that it was because we hadn't talked to them and they didn't know the reasons why. So, we told them the reasons above, to which came the reply that we needed to talk to management - that the person we had been communicating with was just a wellness worker. Then, after our message was forwarded to management, the reply we received from them on the Booking.”

“THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PLACE IN VALLE GRAN REY.”

EVERYTHING IS WONDERFUL HERE - THE FURNISHINGS, THE VIEWS, THE SOUND OF THE SEA... LYDIA AND VICTORIA WERE SO WELCOMING AND ACCOMMODATING. WHEN THEY SAW THAT WE NEEDED THE SOFA BED MADE UP THEY INSISTED ON DOING IT. THANK YOU BOTH.

I THINK IT MAY BE A LOT CHEAPER TO STAY HERE WHEN BOOKED DIRECTLY WITH THE GOMERA LOUNGE AND THAT ANNOYS ME. I DIDN'T REALSIE THAT UNTIL AFTER I HAD BOOKED. I RANG THME TO ASK IF THAT WAS SO AND WAS TOLD YES WELL, ITS TOO LATE AND BETTER LUCK NEXT TIME, MORE OR LESS.
