The location was perfect for our plans the next day. It is within a short walk to the beach and the port. The hot water and pressure in the shower was great! All rooms were very clean and uncluttered.

To be improved

The biggest downfall we found was the comfort of the beds and airflow available to keep the rooms cool at night.

Perfect distance to the beach, the center and supermarket. Good size apartment. On the 5th level (4th for those who use ground floor) so the sun can come into the apartment in the daytime and heats it up and gives a nice light in the winter time. Easy communication with the lady taking care of the apartment - she came the second day with a heater to us as it's a cold apartment. A good place to hang wetsuits to dry. Easy access with a keybox and a lift. Public parking was always available in the streets outside.

To be improved

The double bed is only feathers and missing the top mattress so you'll have to like a super hard bed. And the lift is next to the bedroom so every time someone uses it you'll hear it start. Other than that and some barking dogs one night it's pretty quiet. Bad smell in the bathroom from other apartments; someone really likes to make food with garlic and smoke and it oozes into the bathroom from the "air vent" . The whole apartment is very worn down, but usable as long as the price is low and matches the state of the worn out sofa, pillows, stains in the bathtub etc. And we left one day earlier as my friend couldn't sleep the whole second last night because of bed bugs in her room. Itched all over her body and big clusters of bites. We let the lady know to rinse out the bedroom -before anyone else moves in I hope.

Rather big and comfortable apartment. Close to the Los Lances beach. 10 minutes to the Old town by walk. 5 minutes to the surf shops and rentals.

To be improved

What was missing was an iron and some tablets for the washing machine
