It was spotless. Very clean. The view from the window was amazing. There was a kitchen so I could cook. The location was convenient.

To be improved

But the bed wasn't very comfortable and the window wasn't double-glazed, so a bit noisy.

“Great, but there's a catch”
The best

The host let us check in around midnight. No extra fees. It was very very nice of him. The apartments are very well equipped, new furniture, and look very good.

To be improved

The rules are unheard of. You cannot do anything including cooking and even take a shower after 22:30 (!). From my point of view there is no need to set up such strict rules.
